Hearty congratulations to San Francisco counterculture hero Dan Leone, famous for authoring the Bay Guardian’s “Cheap Eats” column and for being my neighbor. This week marks the column’s 10th anniversary, so the Guardian put Dan on the cover.
The best news is, they didn’t even make him strip naked and paint a tuxedo onto his exposed flesh.
Congrats, Dan! Here’s to ten more years.
